Hi cyber world!!!
Today I enter the cyber world of blogging. It has been a long time coming. Half the world seems to be blogging and it seems inevitable that I get on the proverbial bandwagon.
Today is the first day I go back to school and the world of school has changed a lot since I left the classroom in 1999. Technology has really moved on and I guess I have to move on. Teachers have to keep up too! At least a little.
People of my generation remember keeping secret journals which kept our personal reflections which were supposed to be only for our eyes. I never bought that. Why write things down which no one was supposed to read in a diary that could be ‘accidentally’ read by all. I always thought of the horrors of someone reading my deep dark secrets. So I never bothered. Being lazy also had something to do with why I never wrote a diary!!!
But with blogging it is different. It is there for all the world to see. Of course, why would anyone want to read someone else’s musings in the midst of thousands and thousands? The point is, it doesn’t matter. It’s there. If someone else reads it, fine. If not, it’s fine also.
So the birth of ireflections in 2007.
Hi iReflections!
Welcome to the blogosphere! Here’s to a blogging good year ahead.
Cheers
